1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Airport Parking Group and are governed by English law. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, offensive, or illegal, the company may modify or remove that provision. However, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force.

2. Booking Terms

The availability of our services is dependent on the resources available at the time of booking. Airport Parking Group reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings. If we are unable to fulfill your booking, we will refund you the amount paid but will not be liable for any additional losses or damages.

  • When you make a booking via our website, you will receive a booking reference number in the confirmation email. This reference must be used to follow all terms and conditions.
  • If your booking is confirmed by our phone representative, you must adhere to these terms.
  • Services may be suspended due to pandemics or local lockdown laws, requiring vehicle pickup and drop-off from our designated parking areas.

3. Payment Terms

  • If your vehicle is kept beyond the reserved period, an additional daily fee will apply. These charges must be paid before returning your vehicle.
  • There will be an additional charge for parking after midnight.
  • If your flight is delayed by more than two hours, additional charges will apply.
  • Full payment is required before the booked services commence.
  • Payments are processed through our website and managed by Priority Parking.

4. Liability

  • These terms and conditions apply only to bookings made directly through our website. If you book through a third-party website, you must adhere to that site’s terms and conditions.
  • As a booking agent, Airport Parking Group is not liable for losses caused by the negligence of the service provider. If you are dissatisfied with the parking service, you should file a complaint directly with the service provider as per their terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Airport Parking Group is not liable for:

  • The condition of your vehicle’s interior, as it is not inspected by us.
  • Damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, or natural disasters.
  • Any damage to vehicle tires or alloys, even if mentioned in this document.
  • Delays or cancellations of flights, as these are outside of our control.
  • If we are unable to provide the service, we will refund you the amount paid, but we are not responsible for any additional losses.

6. Amendments and Cancellations

  • Cancellation Cover: Bookings with Cancellation Cover can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the departure date, with a full refund minus the booking fee and any upsells.
  • Bookings made within 48 hours of the drop-off date are non-refundable.
  • Non-flexible offers and certain promotions are non-refundable and non-amendable.
  • Cancellations or amendments must be requested in writing via email to hello@airportparkinggroup.co.uk or by calling the contact number provided on our website. Please include your booking reference number when contacting us.
  • Any changes to your booking after the drop-off date must be addressed directly with the service provider.
  • Customers who shorten their stay after service commencement will still be liable for the full service fee.
  • Cancellations and amendments can only be made during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
  • Once a cancellation or amendment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
  • Refunds will be processed to the credit/debit card used for the booking.

7. Customer Relations

If you have any concerns or issues, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Issues should be documented to ensure proper handling. You will receive a response from Airport Parking Group within 14 working days.

  • Customer receipts will include all relevant correspondence details.
